MRT
Hormone replacement therapy (HRT), which replaces the female hormones that dip as you go into menopause, isn't one-size-fits-all. And if you choose HRT, we'll explore all the administration methods (e.g. tablets, gels, pessaries, implants, creams and sprays).
Testosterone
Where appropriate, we can prescribe testosterone. This can help some patients to alleviate symptoms. It is rarely available on the NHS for menopause patients.
Diagnosis and Management
We give you as much time as you need to describe your symptoms. We examine you in a sensitive manner and can run rapid tests to help determine your diagnosis and create a tailored treatment plan for you.
Perimenopause
Perimenopause can have a big impact on your life, and the symptoms aren't something you just have to put up with. We'll help you understand the range of options available to you.
Lifestyle advice
Lifestyle tweaks such as exercise and dietary changes can help some women manage their menopause and perimenopause symptoms. Our experts are here to help you navigate which adjustments could work for you.
Blood tests
We offer a range of bloods tests. These can be used to check the effect of any HRT treatments, and also a baseline for moving forward with new treatments. We do not advocate blood tests for all – they can be expensive and are not always necessary.
